A handful are funnier.But even though I know that, I sometimes catch myself thinking, Why are they so much better than me?I know youve had similar thoughts. You watch a woman lead a meeting or a workshop and convince yourself that you couldnt do it as well as she did. You see the new employee and wonder if you were ever that talented and passionate.Everyone makes these comparisons, because we all fear that were not good enough. We all fear that well be called out for our shortcomings. We all fear that well screw up. But these arent healthy comparisons.
